Woohoo for Friday!

I love Friday... even more so during the school year!  Fridays are usually easy days for me, for example - the kids are working and I'm writing this post! :)  It's usually a day to just manage the kids because they are also usually just as excited about a couple days off of school as the teachers are so I usually have some type of assignent for them to do for at least half of the class period if not the whole.  Smart, I know! :)

Fridays are even more exciting now because that means that I get to spend time with baby boy!  We don't get much time together during the week anymore - yesterday he was a sleep less than an hour after we got home!  We are lucky to get a bath in the evenings anymore.  There really is no point in trying to keep him awake because he just fusses and is not happy and that makes me not happy.  And we have learned that the more he sleeps during the day the longer he sleeps at night - when we try to keep him awake he is fussy at night and can't stay asleep - strange.  So on Friday I know that when he wakes up the next day that I will be able to spend the next day with him!

Have I mentioned that we think he is starting to teethe.  He has been super drooly for a few weeks now but lately he chews on EVERYTHING he can get his mouth to!  He will grab your shirt and try to pull it to him, if that doesn't work then he will thow his head to it!  He's a funny boy.  We kind of feel where the gums are starting to seperate but there is no raise yet.  The other night he woke up every hour hollaring and crying for a few minute then he would go back to sleep.  We think the teeth might have something to do with that.

So on to the weekend we go.  I'm not really sure what we are doing - lots of things have been tossed around.  I do know that I will be leaving my two favorite guys Sunday afternoon/evening to actually go do something with the girls.  I have not done that in months so I figure why not Sunday.  It's two of my friends birthday so we are all going to go to a early dinner then a 7:00 movie.  I'm actually not thrilled by the time since I have to work the next day but I want to spend some time with my friends and I really want to see the movie!  Also it gives Kenneth and Levi some alone time to spend together.  I always forget that Kenneth never really gets time to spend just him and Levi so I'm sure it will be nice for him to get that one on one time!
